A family gifted with rare black-and-white twins gets the same blessing 7 years later

It’s truly incredible to witness the Durrant family, a remarkable family

of six who have overcome some extraordinary challenges.

Dean Durrant and Alison Spooner’s journey began in 2001,

when they were blessed with their first set of twins, Hayleigh and Lauren.

Born in Hampshire, England, the twin sisters were born

with different skin tones, a rare and fascinating occurrence.

Hayleigh, with darker skin, resembled her father, while Lauren,

with fair skin, blue eyes, and red hair, took after her mother.
