Judges doubted her song choice, but her performance left millions speechless

At just 12 years old, Grace VanderWaal stunned the world on America’s Got Talent.

Despite doubts about her song choice, she performed an original piece,

“I Don’t Know My Name,”

while accompanying herself on the ukulele.

Her unique voice and heartfelt lyrics left the judges and audience in awe.

Howie Mandel called her a “living, beautiful, walking miracle”

and hit the Golden Buzzer, while Simon Cowell declared her the “next Taylor Swift.”

Grace’s performance, viewed by over 50 million people,

marked the beginning of her journey as the Season 11 AGT champion.
