Tiamat Legion Medusa has undergone extreme body modifications to transform into a
‘genderless dragon’ has captivated the internet by sharing their remarkable journey, including rare ‘before’ photos.
With a combination of tattoos, piercings, horn implants, and other intense procedures,
they have completely altered their appearance to align with a non-human, dragon-like identity.
People have been left shocked by the transformation, with one person writing:
